Not a theme. Not an aesthetic. The architecture that everything else is built on.
Fitness trainer, former fitness model, and holder of a Master's degree in Science. I have been in the lifestyle for 17 years.
Discipline and endurance are not themes I adopted for aesthetic reasons. They are the architecture my life was built on — in the gym, in study, and in the dynamics I inhabit.
The two sides of what I do are not as separate as they appear. Both are about structure. Both are about holding a standard. Both require someone willing to be genuinely challenged.
I returned to this space after time away. The community still interests me. The work still interests me. What has not changed is my standard for how people approach me.
I observe more than I post.
I respond to those who approach with intention.
I don't entertain laziness in any context.
Considered individually. For those who approach correctly.
